Titanium Tubes, Pipes, Sheets, Plates, Fittings and Flanges from Mumbai
Dinesh Tube India is a titanium supplier based in Mumbai. We supply commercially pure Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 titanium and the alloys Grade 7, Grade 9, Grade 12 and Grade 5 as tubes, pipes, sheets, plates, butt-weld fittings and flanges, to ASTM / ASME standards and with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates. Our buyers are chlor-alkali, desalination, refinery, power, offshore and chemical plants, and the heat-exchanger and piping fabricators who build their equipment.
Titanium is used where seawater, wet chlorine, chloride brines and oxidising acids would corrode stainless steel, copper-nickel or even super duplex. It weighs about 57% as much as steel. Choose a product below, or send your process conditions and we will help you pick the grade.

Titanium Products: FAQs
Which titanium products do you supply?
We supply titanium tubes (ASTM B338), seamless and welded pipes (B861 / B862), sheets and plates (B265), butt-weld pipe fittings (B363) and flanges (B381), in Grade 1, 2, 3, 7, 9, 12 and 5.
Which titanium grade is most common?
Grade 2 (UNS R50400) is the most widely used grade. It is commercially pure titanium with a good balance of strength, weldability and corrosion resistance in seawater, wet chlorine and most chloride service.
What is the difference between titanium pipe and titanium tube?
Titanium pipe is sized by nominal pipe size and schedule (ASTM B861 / B862) and is used for process piping. Titanium tube is sized by outside diameter and wall thickness (ASTM B338) and is used mainly in heat exchangers and condensers.
Should I choose Grade 2, Grade 7 or Grade 12?
Grade 2 suits most seawater and chlorine service. Grade 12 is stronger and resists crevice corrosion in hot brines. Grade 7 is best for dilute reducing acids and the most severe crevice conditions, but costs more because of its palladium.
Where is titanium not suitable?
Titanium is not suitable for hydrofluoric acid, fluoride-bearing solutions, dry chlorine gas or hot concentrated hydrochloric and sulphuric acid. For strong hot acids, zirconium or tantalum may be needed.
What is the price of titanium per kg?
Titanium prices depend on product form, grade, size, quantity and certification, and change with the market. Send your requirement to kamlesh@dineshtube-india.com or call +91 83559 10913 for a current quote.
Which certificates come with your titanium products?
Every supply comes with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate showing heat number, chemical analysis and mechanical properties to the relevant ASTM standard. EN 10204 3.2 certificates and third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Export Destinations for Titanium Products
