These flanges are austenitic nickel, niobium and molybdenum alloy possessing the rare composition of corrosion resistance. It is coupled with high strength in the cryogenic temperatures at 982 degrees C. these flanges are derived from the solid solution hardening of the nickel and chromium matrix by the composition of molybdenum and niobium. The precipitation hardening treatments are not required.

The composition of resisting elements is responsible for outstanding corrosion resistance in the variety of adverse environments. These flanges are resistive to oxidizing and carburizing environments. These flanges are resistive to pitting, crevice, impingement corrosion, and intergranular attacks. It is almost immune to SCC (stress chloride corrosion).

To ensure the quality of each material, we provide different tests certificates along with products. Our quality control team maintains a vigil on the quality of the flanges. Each and every lot is attached with test certificates and reports as quality proof. We are continuously developing the quality of products to serve best. Those reports are product invoice, specification guide, disinfection reports, packing list like net and gross weight, quantity and marks and number, NABL test report, MTC report as per EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 and guarantee letter.

Some other reports are Certificate origin by legalized manufacturers, raw material test report, mill test report, quality assurance plan, and heat treatment charts. Moreover, customers can demand any other types of reports according to their requirements.

The tests we perform on products are the tensile test, positive material test, micro, and macro test, intergranular corrosion test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, pitting corrosion test and visual inspection.

To deliver products in 100% safe mode we use standard packing. Those include wooden boxes, crates, cases, cartons, and pallets with plastic wrapping.
